Join HEYA and Help Build Belgium's First Professional Network for the Cultural Sector

At HEYA, we're building much more than an app.

Our ambition is to connect artists, cultural organisations, and creative professionals through a platform specifically designed for the realities of the cultural and creative industries.

Currently in beta, HEYA is growing rapidly. Every week, new members join the community, attend our events, test the platform, and contribute to its evolution.

To support this growth, we're looking for a Content & Community Manager Intern who will work directly alongside the CEO to help grow and strengthen the HEYA brand.

Your Mission: Bring HEYA to Life Every Day

As a Content & Community Manager, you'll actively contribute to content creation and community engagement.

You'll be involved in concrete, visible, and strategic projects that directly contribute to the development of the brand.

Content Creation & Social Media

You'll help create and schedule content across our communication channels:

  • Instagram and LinkedIn posts

  • Stories, Reels, and short-form videos

  • Visual assets and communication materials

  • Newsletters

  • Flyers, banners, and presentation documents

You'll also help maintain a strong and consistent editorial identity aligned with the HEYA brand.

Editorial Content & Storytelling

You'll have the opportunity to develop your writing skills through various formats:

  • Blog articles

  • Cultural sector news and insights

  • Member testimonials

  • Interviews with artists and professionals

  • Website and app content

We're looking for someone who enjoys telling stories, highlighting inspiring journeys, and creating valuable content for an engaged community.

Community Building

Because HEYA is first and foremost a community, you'll also contribute to:

  • Engaging with members

  • Supporting activation campaigns and on-site events

  • Developing engagement initiatives

  • Growing the community

  • Analysing content performance and sharing insights

Who We're Looking For

You're currently studying communication, marketing, journalism, design, or a related field (Bachelor's or Master's level).

You recognize yourself in several of the following:

  • You are comfortable using Canva and have basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign (or are eager to learn quickly)

  • You enjoy writing and adapting your tone to different formats

  • You're familiar with social media and its codes

  • You're curious about online communities and emerging trends

  • You enjoy human interaction and networking

  • You're autonomous, organised, and proactive

  • You have an interest in the cultural, artistic, or creative sectors

Excellent written and spoken French is required. Knowledge of English or Dutch is a plus.

Tools You'll Use

What We Offer
